Accidentally created new blog

  I meant to just change the name of my site, but accidentally created an entirely new blog. Is there any way that new blog can be deleted and I can use the name again (i.e. change my current page to that name)?

  No. If you delete the site, the name (website address) can not be used again. WordPress.com allows no reusing or recycling of website addresses, under any circumstances. See the Recycling Blog Addresses support page. If you still intend to change your website address, the easiest course would be to choose a different address, perhaps similar to one you wanted. The alternative, exporting and importing the content of your present site into the new site, is rather impractical, particularly for a site with archives going back to 2011.
