accidentally delete an account

  hi, i have deleted my wordpress account by mistakemi have tried to fill the account recovery form and it asked for activation URL/key which i didn’t get, the only thing i got in my email was a link to activate my account (the confirmation email is still here, i still have it in my inbox). i have tried to input the link URL but it said ‘the activation key does not appear to be valid’. i also don’t have both of the alternative proof such as transaction ID or two-factor authentication code. please help me.
