Accidentally deleted domain :(

  Dear WordPress team,

  I signed up for wordpress.com yesterday, and bought the domain SPLATOU.COM through you. However, I had made a mistake, as I was supposed to register for wordpress.org.
  I tried transferring it all over, but it didn’t work out, since the domain was newly registered (and it said it will take 60 days). I then went on to accidentally deleting the domain :(
  Is there any way you can reverse the deletion of the domain?? I would really appreciate it if you can help.

  Hi there,

  I’ll be happy to contact the registrar to see if we can restore SPLATOU.COM to your account, but I cannot guarantee that we will be able to get the domain back. If I am successful, I can send you a manual payment request form for you to repurchase the domain.

  I will let you know once I hear back from the registrar.

  I already talked to the registrar, but they said only wordpress has control over the domains :/

  Yes, WWD is our registry partner – they’ll contact us once the domain is restored to your account. They usually tell users of WordPress.com to contact us because we deal with directly regarding canceled domains.
