Accidentally deleted my domain.

    Hi, I accidentally deleted my domain and wonder could I restore it?? My domain is mysouldairy.com Thanks!!!

    Hi there,

    I’m afraid that, since that domain was already more than a month expired when you cancelled it, it went into redemption at our domain provider shortly after you cancelled it.

    At this point we can still get it back, but Redemption means our domain provider has already indicated to the domain registry that controls the domain that the domain is going to be deleted, and once that happens we have to pay an additional $80 fee to get the domain back.

    Please let me know if you agree to this fee, and I can get the process started for you.

    The alternative is to wait for the domain to be released, which will be several more weeks, and there is no guarantee you’ll be able to register it again when it is.
