accidentally deleted my domain

    I accidentally deleted my domain when I was trying to just cancel my service. Is it possible to stop the cancellation of the domain?

    Hi there!

    Since a full refund was already processed, you’d need to pay the registration fee before we can restore the domain. Bear in mind you wouldn’t be able to use your domain as a primary address without a paid plan.
    If you’d like that, let me know, and I’ll send you an email with a link to the payment.

    If your idea was to use the domain with another registrar, you could wait a few days for it to be released and re-register it. This should be possible around 5 days after the domain cancelation.
