I accidentally deleted the site thebohemianbookwormcouple.wordpress.com within the 30-day restoration window, but the problem is that it doesn’t appear on the account’s site list at all, not even on the deleted pages. It shows my account does not have any sites at all.

Since it’s not showing in your Sites list at all, the first thing I’d recommend is double-checking that you’re signed into the correct WordPress.com account.
