  I would like my site deleted and canceled it was supposed to be free and don’t want to continue thank you for your help

  Your account shows you disputed the payment to WordPress.com and PayPal has issued a chargeback against us. Chargebacks are a tool for fraud prevention:

  Chargebacks and disputes

  When a chargeback is issued, all upgrades on your account are removed and your site is locked until you pay a chargeback fee or cancel the chargeback. Once the fee is paid or the chargeback has been cancelled, your account returns to normal.

  If the dispute was made in error please try to cancel it through the PayPal Resolution Centre. We’ll be happy to issue a refund once our system show it has been cancelled — until that point, the payment is locked from our side.
