  Hello,

  I paid for a premium account. (€96) Then I tried the Business account and paid for it. (€204) But it was not what I was looking for so I canceled it.(I get the €204 back). But now my account is back to the free version but i still have paid for the premium for 1 year. Can somebody help me?
