  So I started an account in February, misplaced my log in info and today I created a new account (Richard Liersch @video11story) and purchased a site plan and domain transfer in that account. It wasn’t until after the purchase, did I find my log in info for this account. My question is how can transfer my purchased account to this one? Is it possible?

  Hi there,

  You can transfer your site and purchases to this account, yes.

  First, log back in as the other account that you used to purchase the upgrades.

  When you’re in that account, invite this account as an admin user. (You’ll need to log back in as this account to accept the invitation, so it might be simpler to use two different browsers so you can log into one account in each browser.)

  Once this account is an admin on the site you’ll be able to transfer ownership of the domain to this account:

  Once that is done you can also transfer the site itself. This process will also move the plan at the same time.
