  i purchased a personal plan but my site states that my site is the free plan. how can that be changed?

  Hi there,

  I see that you have purchased a Personal plan and have registered the domain transformativelife.coach, but you have deleted it on April 11, 2018.

  Are you referring to that, or you made a new purchase?

  I am referring to that domain. I deleted it and tried to start a new site/domain titled transformativecareersolutions. Can this site/domain be switched to my personal plan?

  Hi there,

  As @fstat explained above you cancelled both that domain upgrade and the plan, so you no longer own either.

  However, I see you did not receive a refund for the plan, so I’ve restored it to the other site in your account.

  Do you also want us to restore the domain, transformativelife.coach?

  If not, please keep in mind that you’ve already used the free domain in your plan for that domain, so you won’t be able to register another domain for free with this Personal Plan. If you want a different domain, you’ll need to purchase it separately at My Site ->Plans. Let us know after you’ve done that, and then we can link it with the plan for future renewals.
