  Hey. This account is my friends that I am helping him with. Its his email and everything. I went to make an account with my own email and it said I ‘already hve an account’ and then it signed me into this one. How can I get my own account that is unaffiliated with his?

  Please go to https://wordpress.com/me/account/ and check the email there. Is that your email, or your friend’s?

  If that’s your friend’s email, and you got logged into this account while trying to create an account with a different email, it’s possible you were not properly logged out before.

  Please log out again, and clear your browser cache and cookies, before trying to create your own account. If it still brings you back to this account, please let me know the email address you’re trying to use so I can check if it might already be in our system somehow.

  Type your email address on its own line, and it will be automatically hidden from view in the forums, but staff will still be able to see it.
