    Hi,

    I’ve just been billed £36. I was under the impression I deleted my wordpress accounts a few months ago. Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund for the current bill?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and we don’t have a credit card on file for you that we can charge.

    Do you have another WordPress.com username, or can you tell me the address of the site this might be for?
