  I am being charged for an old account that I no longer can access. How do I cancel?

  Hi there,

  What was the email address connected to the account that was closed? No worries about sharing your email here – only staff are able to see it.

  Why are you unable to access the account? Did you lose the login credentials? Was the account closed?

  Thats the problem. None of my email addresses are connecting to the sites I am currently paying for. I set them up years ago and it’s being paid through paypal so I didn’t realize it. I’m the owner of romanticdestinationsforyou.com, but I cannot access the email/login to cancel the service. Help! I tried to go through the account recovery page but they never sent me an email once I clicked submit. I have the transaction ID [redacted].

  Hi there,

  Thanks, the transaction ID you have provided is a match for a transaction on that site. I can update the email on the account for you so that you can regain access to it – what email would you like to use? It has to be different than the one that is connected to the account you are contacting me from now.

  Once you regain access to the account, you can reset the password:
