    Last week i bought a wordpress.com value bundle and now i see i can´t install plugins and that´s not what i need. In fact, the wordpress.com told me me i was going to buy a site with a domain, but now i see it don´t work as a site, but just as a blog with a domain. Im not technician, so yes i read before buy it, but just saw it wasn´t a real site, with the functons needed when i started to use it. The guide is very technical to understand completely when you´re not a technician, as i’m not. The fact that o dont have a direct e-mail for assistance makes me trust even less that the $99 worth. The wordpress.com doesn´t offer properly assistance, your foruns are full of clients with no answears and your guides are very insufficient. Doesn´t help the user and make us get even more confuse. We need to go to google to find answears for our matters. The wordpress.com said me i was going to buy a site at the moment i bought it, but now i see i payed $99 for a domain. The law says that i have 30 days to cash it back, so that´s what i’m asking here.

    Unfortunately, we can only refund the domain registration portion within 48 hours.

    If you’d like, I can cancel and refund the rest of the bundle for $73.

    As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can’t guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don’t want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don’t have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    What is needed to do to cancel it? I wanna cancel the bundle tax and keep the domain i mean.
