  I Already have a WordPress account with you guys through name cheap and it only allows me to login so WordPress dashboard and not the actual word press and I’m also having technical issues all the dashboard I am unable to edit my website.

  Can you share the URL of your website?

  I’m not seeing any WordPress.com sites associated with the user account you are posting from. This frequently means that you have a site using the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere.
