  I canceled my WordPress account and did not receive a refund on my credit card.

  If you are purchasing our monthly plans, they can be refunded if you cancel within 7 days per: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  However it appears that you cancelled your plan 25 days after the initial purchase, so it would not be eligible for a refund in this case. Let us know if you need further assistance or if you have any questions.
