    Hi, I’m using Bluehost, WordPress, and visual composer. I have a problem with V.Composer…they are asking me for the credentials in order to go inside WordPress and check the error. But I can’t find that. The only way is through Bluehost. I tried to change the email, the password but WordPress still says that the user is not a user… How can I acces to my wordpress directly, not using bluehost? thanks for your help

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.     https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
