  I tried to reset the work I’ve done on my website but now it logged me out of my WordPress account and I can’t get back in. It tells me that my username is unknown. Please help me with this as soon as possible, thank you.

  Instead your host (Siteground) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (sometimes called “WordPress.org”) which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com.
