  My account isn’t loading when I go to it. Nothing is loading, not even my news feed. How do I get it back. I paid for a subscription months ago and nothing has changed.

  Make sure you are logged in with the account connected to your site. What is the URL of your site on the wordpress.com platform?

  Hi there,

  Do you mean the WordPress.com ->My Site and WordPress.com ->Reader? Please clear your browser cache, and if you have any browser add-ons installed, try disabling those. Also check is logging in using an incognito browser window makes any difference.
