  I cannot gain access to my account. Someone else set my site up, and says he can’t locate the login information. I paid the web designer whom then paid the guy that did the wordpress work, so i don’t have the record of payment to him. Am I completely out of luck? Please help. I need to update my website ASAP

  What is the URL of the site you’re trying to access? Then we might be able to point you in the right direction to get help with this.

  Note that this forum is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com, and we can only help with sites that are hosted on our servers. If the site this person built for you was made using the open source version of WordPress at another hosting provider, you’ll need to contact that hosting provider directly for help.
