  Hi There,

  I attempted to login to my site today to find I can’t access it. I have no idea what the issue is, as I can’t even get into the back-end.

  When trying to log in with my email (or our admin email) WordPress says it doesn’t recognize either of them which doesn’t make any sense.

  I’m waiting on the transaction ID from our finance team to prove ownership, but in the meantime I’m wondering if you can provide me any other guidance, as this issue is URGENT and our site is not active.

  We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by Google. You must contact Google support to solve this problem.
