Account access difficulties

    Hi, I created an account with wordpress previously, the URL is beneath this message.
    The log in email was (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    However today this did not work and error message said it was not registered
    I then registered with original email and password and now the account is a duplicate with no link to original site. Please help! thanks.

    Hello there,

    This site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. This is a bit different to a site hosted on WordPress.com. You can read about these differences here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    This means you would access the site healthdeclares.org/wp-admin/ and not via WordPress.com.
