Account access for former employee

  We have an employee who was terminated several months ago. We got a renewal notification that a plugin under their name would renew. We have to transfer the license to a valid user by 11/9 (tomorrow) since they are no longer with our company. If someone from WP is here, please let me know what proof you require to validate this request.

  What plugin are you talking about as wordpress.com doesn’t sell plugins …
