account access impossible despite having proof of purchase, please help

i have a business account with the following transaction id’s:

i cannot log in because i have 2FA set up, but i must have forgot to set it up in my authenticator app, and i also can’t find the recovery codes for my account. i have tried all the available options, resetting my password etc. but nothing seems to work.
can you please help? i already asked yesterday but nobody replied.
