Account and Ability to get Help Discontinued?

Hello!
I am trying to access my account with my blog I have been publishing and writing since 2016.
But it allows me to navigate the website logged into my account I see my icon in the top right corner as I switch pages in my account. And I can see the different supports but will not allow me to contact the support team as to why I cannot post or navigate my website anymore. I keep getting blank screens or errors.
Can you help me regain access to my website and account with wordpress?
I would not like to re-start my website as I have put a lot of work into this one over the years and do not want to lose all of that. If I have to though I will.
I have been using the free plan for the past several years if I need to upgrade I will I just access to my account and website again please!

Hm, yeah there’s nothing wrong with that, and the account you replied from first is the account with access to it, so make sure you’re logged in under that account.
If you still have trouble, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
