  I have already cancelled the purchase renewal back in February and removed all payment methods but you have still taken £36 from my account. I want this refunded and will be contacting my bank as this payment is illegal and can be classed as fraud. This domain is no longer needed and I did receive an email saying it was going to expire on 22nd April but as I had removed all payment methods I am surprised you have been able to charge me £36
