  Hi, I have a couple friends who hosted websites using your services but they all told me it took them a couple days to weeks for their accounts to get approved.
  Is there any way or info I can do or give you to make this process faster ?

  Hi @charlesed29, I’m not sure what they’re referring to — typically you’ll just need to verify your email address.
