Account Billing for 1 G Suite?
-
I received this email earlier, and don’t know what a 1 G Suite means, or why I’m being charged $50 for it. ‘The 1 G Suite account added to your site will renew automatically in 5 days. You will be charged $50 for this renewal on April 16, 2017. ‘ What is this, and how do I take it off of my account if needed?
Thanks,

https://en.support.wordpress.com/add-email-through-g-suite/To address any and all billing issues like this one we can click https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and we can also use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed): http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?whywasi=charged
Have you tried using that link?
Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

(It was actually emailed to my dad, who is the owner of the site, but he doesn’t have time to figure out this issue so I’m taking care of it.)
So it looks like this will be a yearly charge for the domain name, but he renewed his Premium plan yesterday, which is supposed to include the domain in that cost. Is the 1 G Suite part of the Premium Plan? If so, we shouldn’t be charged extra, correct?

Hi @jennybeehivetops, the domain is included in Premium.
Google’s G Suite isn’t a domain though, it’s an additional service that offers email and a bunch of other services.
If he isn’t using that service he can go ahead and cancel it, keeping just the site and the domain. Just note the email and other G Suite features will stop working. I hope that helps!
