Account cancellation

  Hello;

  I have created an account with WordPress.com and paid quite a lot of money thinking that this was the editable version.
  I want to ask for ways to have this account cancelled as I really need the .org version.

  Could I have this cancelled and refunded so that I could have the correct account set up, please.

  My account email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Canceling a domain (niltonmattos.com) means you completely give up ownership of the domain and can take up to 35 days before it will become available to register somewhere. If you would like to completely cancel your ownership of the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  We are only able to offer a domain refund if we receive notification within 48 hours of the purchase. The rest of your bundle can be refunded.

  Hi;

  Thank you for this confirmation.

  No, I do not want to give up this domain name. Just wanted to cancel the .com account with WordPress as I have created an account with the .org option.
  Please do not cancel this as I will have this domain name (niltonmattos.com) transferred after the requested 60 days from purchase.
  Once again, thank you for getting back to me on this and for clarifying this situation.

  This guide explains how to transfer the domain name to another registrar.

  Do you want to keep the rest of the bundle for the time being? or do you want me to cancel and refund that now?

  Yes the domain (niltonmattos.com) is still yours. Here you can see an overview of your upgrades.

  Please let me know which upgrade you want to keep or not.

  I want to cancel everything apart from the domain name, please.

  As mentioned I have created an account on WordPress.org and would only need the domain name now.

  Would you be able to let me know what would be the final cancellation process and final refund, please?
