    As advised by your engineers I have cancelled my account due to no help available to transfer my Website to WordPress I an still waiting for refund as promissed so far no refund has been received could you please let me know when can I expect the refund

    We processed your refund on 25 January. You can see the receipt for that transaction here:

    Refunds can take up to ten business days to reflect in your account, and it can sometimes take longer with non-US banks. This is due to the processing times at your bank to return the funds to your account. If you don’t see the refund yet after ten business days, please contact your bank directly to follow up on this.
