Account Cancellation

    I’m trying to cancel my account because I no longer use it and it said I need to contact support. Why is this?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you still have a plan for the Akismet plugin. As you use your WordPress.com account to log into Akismet.com, you won’t be able to close your account while that plan is still active.
