  Subject: Account cancelled in error — need help restoring

  My WordPress.com account associated with (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the site labelsource.ca was cancelled in error. I’ve tried the account recovery form but it isn’t working. Could a staff member please help me restore my account? Thank you.

  Hi! Since you’ve already tried the account recovery form and it isn’t working, here’s what to do next:

  1. Contact WordPress.com support directly at wordpress.com/help/contact — explain that your account was cancelled in error and that the recovery form isn’t working. Staff can look into this from the backend.
  2. Since you tagged this with MODLOOK a WordPress.com moderator should see this thread and be able to assist — make sure to check back here for a response from staff.
  3. If you have any previous emails from WordPress.com regarding your account, billing receipts, or confirmation emails those will help staff verify your identity and restore the account faster.
  4. If labelsource.ca was a paid domain or you had a paid plan mention that specifically as it will help prioritize your case.

  Staff should be able to restore an account that was cancelled in error especially if you can provide proof of ownership. Hope you get this resolved quickly!
