  Sure thing. You’ll want to downgrade your site:
  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Then you can delete it and this account.
  https://wordpress.com/support/close-account/

  Just note the name rarewear will not be available again here if you delete it: it will be permanently deactivated after 30 days. So if you might change your mind later, I’d recommend keeping the account and just making the site private for now.

  I followed your steps and it just directed me back to you ( ”To close this account now, contact our support team.” ) ???

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
