  I keyed in my web site and the message said I no longer have an account. Why?

  I don’t understand. I’ve had a shortcut on my desktop for my blog at WordPress.com since 2019 and it always opened for me. It’s been a few years since I tried to open it. Today I tried and the message was that the account is suspended.
  I have it open right now, with my profile, photo and bio.
  I just tried my shortcut again and now a red screen telling me it’s unsafe, yet I have my page still open.
  What gives? I didn’t ask to suspend my account. WordPress.com has always been my server. I have this account listed on my advertising and my book.
  Did wordpress change some things and now have two addresses?
  When I try wordpress.org, I don’t see my account.
  I have no idea who the hosting server would be other than wordpress.com

  Your site is hosted on a different hosting provider, so you need to contact them to get your site restored.

  If you can’t find who your host was, then you can check your bank statements and see if you can find them in the charges description field.

  There is no hosting service. No charges on my credit card. I have never had any other server than WordPress.

  WordPress is a free software that many hosting companies use to power their sites. We (WordPress.com) are one of those companies, but your site was never hosted on our platform and we never billed you for anything.

  I did a little bit of research and found out that your domain (judithnbrooke.com) is registered through NameCheap and your site is hosted on iWeb‘s servers. So, I recommend contacting them.
