  Unfortunately, I do not have any of the three options req. for account recovery. How do I go about resolving this?

  Hi,

  The short answer is that if you don’t have any way to verify that an account you are trying to access is yours, then you cannot access it. For obvious security reasons, we have to be fairly hardline about account access. Otherwise anyone could hack their way into controlling any site we host.

  Can you tell us a bit more about your specific situation? Have you lost access to the email address that you used to create the site?

  Hi,

  No, I believe the email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is just the additional requirements I do not have. I voluntarily closed the account so it seems strange to be so complicated regaining access. My name is Luke James Bradford, I can prove that – would that help?

  If that Gmail address is the address that was connected to the closed account, then reach out to them from that account – that would confirm ownership.
