  Hi! Trying to log in to my account with the username kali412, it says that my account has been closed. I want to delete the site I have created (URL: https://kalimakedou.wordpress.com/) and I cannot do so because I cannot log in to my account. Can someone help me with this issue please? Thank you in advance.

  If you don’t have access to that account, go to our Account recovery.

  Thank you for your reply. The issue is that when I try to login the message is “ this account has been closed. If you believe your account has been closed in error, please contact us”. Can you please help me further?

  Hi there,

  The username, kali412, was deleted last year when the username of that account was changed. That is why it’s no longer possible for you to log in using that username.

  The site, https://kalimakedou.wordpress.com/, now belongs to a different username, kalimakedou. That’s the account you need to log into to access that site.
