Account Closed Issue
-
Hello, I recently downloaded the plugin “WP reset” because wanted to restart the default options of the website. When I used that plugin i wasn’t able anymore to load my website. So I went to my host site (Siteground) and reinizialized the domain options. So now when I log in with my account (this one from which I’m writing is a different one) it says to me “the account is closed”.
I’ve followed the procedures that were displayed to recover my account, but when I complete all the fields to recover it: 1) it suggests me to go follow the “lost password” procedure (and this is not changing anything at all); 2) it displays me another error that says: “Error: The password you entered for the email or username myusername is incorrect. Lost your password?”. So this cycle repeats over and over, and I can’t fix anything.
By the way I’m able to reach the WordPress page through this path “thenameofmydomain/wp-admin/profile.php” and I can work with my website and also visualize it normally in the web.
My question is: “can the fact that I have an closed account gives me problem in the development of the website? (I read that after 30 days of a closed account all the information of the website will disappear”. If this is not the case i will continue this way because i can continue developing the website.
Can I, in some way, solve this kind of conflict that it was created? I can’t also write a direct mail to support. Thank in advance for your support.
