  Hi why can’t I close my account?

  Hi there,

  It’s because you have a theme upgrade on your account.

  I can remove the theme for you, but you own the theme indefinitely – so I would recommend you to set your site to private in case you ever want to use the theme again for another site.

  Otherwise, I’d be happy to remove the theme for you so you can proceed with the deletion of the site.
