account closing and refund of charges

  If I close my account now, which is less than a month since I opened it, I will get a refund – correct?

  Hi there,

  I see that you already closed your account. But hypothetically, you would have to request a refund to receive one – refunds are not triggered by account closures under 30 days. Also, outside of domain subscriptions, which have a refund window of 48 hours, upgrades can be refunded within 30 days of initial purchase.
