    How do I close my business account

    Hi there,

    Of what site/account are you speaking? The account you’re using to post here was newly created yesterday, and does not own any sites or upgrade plans.

    To cancel any upgrade you need to be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade, to delete a site you need to be logged in as an admin-user on the site, and to close a WordPress.com account you need to be logged in as that account.

    We cannot close an account on your behalf or at your request.
