  I’ve tried to close my account many times and I get to the end and it tells me to type lisaalexander48la in the box and then click finish. I type lisaalexander48la in the box but the finish button doesn’t work, it’s not active for me to click. I had talked back and forth with someone about it and tried everything he suggested but nothing worked. He said he was redirecting me to someone else to help me but never heard from anybody

  There’s nothing on the account to prevent it from being removed. Sign out and then back in to the WordPress.com account after clearing the browser cache:
