    How do I close my account and not get charged anymore?

    Hi there,

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any active upgrades with us any more, so there’s nothing more you will be charged for.

    That said, before you can close your account completely, we’ll need to properly downgrade your site that used to be on our business plan, kendallfriendly.wordpress.com. This can lead to content on the site being permanently lost, so I need your confirmation before I can do that.
