  As far as I know, this site is a separate one from my Bluehost.com sites. If I close this site, will it affect my Bluehost.com sites?

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

  So, you can safely close your WordPress.com account without taking down your Bluehost-hosted WordPress.org site.

  With that said, I see you are using the Jetpack plugin on that site, and the Jetpack plugin does require connection with a WordPress.com account.
