Account Deletion Needed

  Hello,

  I tried deleting my account last week and it still says I need to wait 15-20 minutes for deletion. Not sure why it isn’t processing.

  Hi there!

  Your WordPress.com account can’t be closed yet because your site had the WordPress.com Business plan. The plan has been canceled, but the site isn’t fully reverted yet.

  We can revert the site, but it’ll delete anything you added to it after upgrading. Can you confirm if you’d like us to proceed?

  Once we’ve done that, you’ll be able to close your WordPress.com account, which will also delete the site permanently.

  On a separate note, we’d love to learn what led you to cancel your WordPress.com site. Is there anything we could have done to keep your site with us? We’ll be grateful for your feedback.

  Yes, I’d like you to proceed. Please revert my site and close my account. I want the site deleted permanently.
