  My WordPress.com’s account hacked at the 1st time sign up, that was unfortunate. It was annoying that the hacker does subscribe dozens of websites a day and filling my email, i did unsubscribe all of newsletter, but after that, it was automatically again the newsletter from new site. If you asking me to change my password, ‘I did!’ plus i enabled the 2-Step Auth but still they got passed it. They even created troll/porn website using my account, but i managed to set it down, but for how long ? Please is there anything i could do else closing the account. If i still getting the same problem, I’ll close it.

  I’m concerned that someone was able to access your 2 factor authentication though. How do you have that set up? SMS or through a third party app (recommended).
