account hacked?

  I cannot log into my account as it is saying it doesn’t recognize my email address. I’ve had this account and website for several years and cannot locate a transaction ID or other requested numbers. I don’t know how to proceed to get my account back. Someone must have hacked my account as the pages are also not coming up. How can I get help for this?
