  Hey, i had an account on (email visible only to moderators and staff) with the user name ‘customsignsny’ but now my account has been closed. it was working last month. I have tried your ‘recover account form’ but it’s not working. Help me get my account back

  Hi there!

  There is no account customsignsny on WordPress.com. Have you tried logging in with the email address, rather than the username?

  Also, it’s worth mentioning that there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

  We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
