Account Help

I previously had a domain and wordpress account but my account lapsed. Is there a way to pay and get my domain back? It isn’t taken by anyone else. It just looks like it was but with random ads on it now. Any ideas?

Hi there,
What this the domain that expired? There isn’t any history of purchases under this account. You’ll need to log into the WordPress.com account that is connected to that domain for us to assist you in regaining it. Do you know the login info for that account?

I don’t know how this happened, but I had a blog and domain, added a new blog and domain (created a domain name I liked better) that is linked to my other account. Is there a way to link up everything under one account? Is there a way to chat or talk live with a customer service representative? It is tricky to explain.

Both the accounts fiercelyfightingfate and letyourfrecklesfly are mine. The domain is somehow under the fiercelyfightingfate account but I need it all to be in the letyourfrecklesfly account (domain http://www.flyingfreckles.com)

Your domain flyingfreckles.com expired on June 1, 2019. We sent several email warnings both before and shortly after it expired.
Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 90 days. You can learn more about expired domains here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/
The good news is that we are still able to recover your domain, as it is currently in the Grace period: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/#grace-period
I have sent a payment request for the total of $18 to the email address on your account for the renewal of the domain. Once the payment is received, we will send a note to our domain partner regarding flyingfreckles.com. This process only takes about 2-3 days start to finish.
