    Hello! I am trying to cancel the Premium Plan for Freeway.live but cannot remember my login and am not receiving the emails to change my password. I can’t seem to figure out which account the site is associated with even though I received an email about its renewal to my (email visible only to moderators and staff) address (that login does not have the freeway domain). I am wondering how I can cancel this plan and also want to make sure that canceling this account will not affect my Square Space site because I transferred the domain to that service instead last year. Please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks!

    To make changes to that plan you need to be logged in as the username, llfoster2014. For security reasons I cannot give you the email address for that account, but you can try using that username to reset the password.

    If you don’t receive any password reset emails, please submit our account recovery form instead, providing one of the other pieces of verification required there:

    Cancelling a WordPress.com plan will have no effect on any sites hosted elsewhere. Cancelling a domain that is hosted somewhere else will cause issues, but that domain is no longer registered with us, and cancelling the plan will have no effect on it at all – we no longer have any control over that domain.
