Account issues- Payment does not show.

    I purchased a plan on 3/10. My credit card shows payment made 3/11. The payment code is WordPress [redacted by staff]

    I have tried to reset the site. I have reset pass words. The 3 drafts I created and uploaded are not there, and also the site address for the blog I chose is not there: Creativecrossoverswithtiffandmichael.blog

    I can see in my browser history on 3/11 the pages worked on, but I am not taken to those pages when I click the links. I can provide screen shots showing the history.

    I tried the site reset and that did not work.

    How can I recover my site, or get my payment to show? I would be fine starting over if my payment can be found and credited to a new account?

    You are simply logged in to the wrong account. Log out from current and log in to your other account owning that site.

    Also your site has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification.
